About Share and Grow Psychology

Michelle is a clinical psychologist and STAP-trained supervisor of psychologists, registered with AHPRA, Medicare and NDIS. She is passionate about working with children, young people and their families, including peri-natal and infant mental health. She has practiced psychology for 15 years, working in a variety of settings, including schools, not-for-profits and private practice.
Michelle provides assessment and therapy for:

Educational assessment, to identify specific learnings disorders such as dyslexia and dyscalculia

Parenting
Michelle provides a safe space for her clients to share their difficulties and learn skills to help achieve outcomes from therapy. Michelle utilises a client-centred, evidence-based approach to therapy, and enjoys incorporating play and art during sessions. Michelle utilises the following therapies face to face: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Family Therapy.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Michelle is available for professional supervision of psychologists and provisional psychologists.
